The new layout and content bands are redesigned to improve the user experience for prospective students while reinforcing the college\u2019s value and brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are making modest changes with a big impact that will ultimately improve the user experience and elevate important information for future students,\u201d says Brette Lea, vice chancellor of College Relations &amp; Marketing. \u201cThe team has tracked web analytics, studied non-matriculant and prospective student surveys, and conducted Google search analysis to determine the most needed improvements.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes to the homepage include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Showcasing the college\u2019s programs and Areas of Study.<\/li><li>Highlighting the most searched-for information including fall registration, campus tours, and financial aid options.<\/li><li>Promoting the value points prospective students say are most important when choosing a college.<\/li><li>Adding an interactive social media &#8220;wall&#8221; to share ACC news and student testimonials.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other features include a band to promote other top enrollment options such as ACC Online, Dual Credit, Continuing Education, and Adult Education, and all sections are mobile-friendly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigation for current and prospective students, as well as employees, remains the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/\">View the new homepage here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Austin Community College District (ACC)\u2019s homepage has a new look!
