The 3Cs are one of Chancellor Dr. Richard Rhodes&#8217; priorities, and they aim to improve ACC\u2019s climate by asking all employees to focus on collaboration, connection, and caring in their work with students, colleagues, and supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In March, the college will launch a series of roundtable discussions to help identify specific areas for improvement and offer suggestions for implementation. Ideas generated at the roundtables will be shared with the Chancellor\u2019s Cabinet, the 3 Cs Cross-Functional Team, and ACC\u2019s new 3Cs Learning Community at ACC. The goal is to develop 3Cs tools &amp; resources for ACC employees.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The series is a continuation of the work that began with the first set of roundtables in spring 2021. Opportunities will be available for members of all four employee associations to join a conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to size constraints, <strong>the roundtable series will be limited to the first 100 employees who respond<\/strong>.
