The goal is for all employees to feel respected, listened to, and equipped to do their jobs well. The survey also allows us to explore where focused improvements are needed. The Climate Survey is one of the primary data sources used to inform the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/3cs-collaboration-connection-caring\"> <strong>3 Cs (Collaboration, Connection, and Caring) workgroup<\/strong><\/a> and support the achievement of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/offices\/chancellor\/priorities\"> <strong>Chancellor Priority #6<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Spring 2022 Employee Climate Survey will launch soon! Historically, response rates have been modest \u2014 approximately 25 to 30 percent, but your feedback is important. We want to grow this year\u2019s response rate. The survey will be available <strong>February 7 through March 6<\/strong>. Please look for the survey link in your email soon.
