With AI becoming an essential part of the employment landscape across industries, the Collegewide AI Strategic Planning Committee members are working to outline ACC\u2019s approach to understanding and shaping Generative AI use across the College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By gathering input from stakeholders, assessing current practices, and aligning with institutional priorities, we aim to establish a strong foundation for transparent reporting, effective policies, and successful implementation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

The Committee\u2019s Charge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through the formation of subcommittees, this committee will build a robust framework for managing AI use across the college. This committee will address the following key focus areas with the development of clear policies, risk management protocols, and ethical guidelines to address diverse use cases. Additionally, in alignment with the timeline, the expected deliverables and recommendations will emphasize strategic planning to align AI adoption with institutional needs, an educational framework to support ethical and effective AI use, and communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
