{"id":3819,"date":"2025-03-10T14:07:15","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T20:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/?page_id=3819"},"modified":"2025-03-10T14:08:28","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T20:08:28","slug":"strategic-enrollment-planning-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/strategic-enrollment-planning\/strategic-enrollment-planning-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Enrollment Planning Process"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The planning process includes participation from all areas of the college through representation in the Strategic Enrollment Committee and its subcommittees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify members of the Strategic Enrollment Committee and its subcommittees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Strategic Enrollment Planning website will be created and populated with planning documents and resource materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subcommittees will develop proposals recommending initiatives for building strategic enrollment among their key demographic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The committee will offer recommendations to the cabinet and Board of Trustees for review, discussion, and approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guiding Assumptions for the ACC Strategic Enrollment Committee:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It should be aspirational, yet helpful in prioritizing the many initiatives that we undertake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Everything we do is important, but not everything is a priority.
