Functions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Develops recommendations for districtwide rules and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Provides for the continuous improvement of administrative services on a collegewide basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enhance consistency of campus\/center operations across the district.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Seeks to better coordinate services among all campuses\/sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Provides linkages between campuses and the various district administrative units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Responds to requests and recommendations from assigned task forces and committees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Reviews recommendations for districtwide facilities and preventative maintenance plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Communicates interests and concerns of staff and constituency groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Communicates council decisions to staff and constituency groups.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Committee recommendations are <\/strong>forwarded to the Chancellor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
