A MESSAGE FROM ACC HUMAN RESOURCES:

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Austin Community College District (ACC) Human Resources and the Employee Wellness Program, in conjunction with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, would like to remind you that you are not alone. NAMI reports that 1 in 20 U.S. adults experiences a serious mental illness each year, but less than two-thirds get treatment.

Below are some resources to help you prioritize your mental health.

New Webinars

There are seven new webinars throughout the month of May with strategies to help you boost your mental health, as well as resources on where to go for help. Full details and descriptions can be viewed HERE.

We have compiled a list of mental health resources HERE to highlight some of the options available to you.
