ACC’s Office of College Relations & Marketing is looking for a Senior Web Developer and a Web Content/SEO Writer Coordinator. Please share these opportunities with someone you think would make an excellent candidate.

Senior Web Developer
The Senior Web Developer will design and develop website user interfaces for the main ACC website and subsidiary sites that follow the college’s web and brand guidelines. This person will collaborate with backend developers, user experience designers, web analytics specialists, content developers, system administrators, and others to produce and deploy website user interface designs that enhance ACC’s public-facing website content and provide a brand forward, positive user experience. They will also ensure quality and consistency through content components as well as technical and usability compliance with state and federal accessibility requirements. 

The ideal candidate will be proficient in:
– Producing visually appealing and brand-forward web designs utilizing UX research, wireframing, and mock-up technologies
– Project management techniques and team management
– Producing high-quality, front-end codebases via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for various web frameworks, including but not limited to the WordPress CMS codebase.

The salary range for this position is $52,717-$75,311. 

Web Content/SEO Writer Coordinator
The Web Content/SEO Writer Coordinator will serve as the college’s lead technical writer and editor for web content that supports recruitment, enrollment, retention, and completion goals. They will work with marketing and design teams to plan, develop, and maintain site content, including compelling, search-engine-optimized marketing blogs and other content that drives traffic to the website for exploration and onsite conversions. 

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of search engine optimization including appropriate keyword research, writing, and editing and advanced knowledge of web content principles and current best practices. 

The salary range for this position is $33,982-$48,545.
