ACC’s annual Performance Excellence Program (PEP) will begin the week of July 18, 2022.
All Classified, Professional-Technical, and Administrator employees will begin with a self-evaluation followed by an evaluation performed by their direct supervisor.
Employees and managers will have until August 31, 2022, to complete all phases of the PEP evaluation. Evaluations will utilize the performance management tool in Workday.
Employees should ensure they are up to date with their mandatory compliance training, which can be accessed from the Workday homepage and the Learning icon.
Additional information from the HR team will be forthcoming, along with resources for employees and managers to guide them through this process.
