Our first phase was about listening, learning, designing, and identifying opportunities for institutional change. Now we&#8217;re entering a different phase. We&#8217;re moving from: <em>What should we do? <\/em>To: <em>How do we put this work into practice, learn from it, and keep improving<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Lunch | 11:30 a.m. - 12:40 p.m. <\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests selected among a variety of food truck options. Served with waffle potato chips and a chocolate chunk cookie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">ACC Talk: Institutional Effectiveness Report Card \u2014 How will we know if it is working? | 12:40 - 1:40 p.m.<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Across ACC, helpers and teachers work every day to make the student experience better. We\u2019re redesigning, improving, and trying new approaches. But there\u2019s one question we have to be able to answer: <strong>Is it working?<\/strong> That\u2019s the purpose of the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Report Card. <strong>Nine metrics. 26 actions. One institutional story\u2014building toward 2030.<\/strong> We explored what it means to be effective by knowing whether our work is making a difference, aligned by seeing how that work connects across ACC, and impactful by using what we learn to improve the student experience and advance student success.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">ACC Talk: AI TRUST Framework \u2014 What tools can help us advance the work? |2 - 3 p.m.<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is one set of tools we can use to support the changes identified through the Theory of Change and IE Report Card.
